No Leave, No Life is easy to implement in any business through our simple three-step toolkit. The toolkit helps you understand the issues and risks presented by accumulated annual leave, and how to reduce it with the No Leave, No Life program. It comprehensively covers the wide range of issues and attitudes that influence employee stockpiling of leave.
